the event

During our discover call, we will chat about your vision and the possibilities when it comes to the composition for your painting! The composition refers to the way your canvas is set up- will it be oriented vertically or horizontally? Is there a particular scene or background you would like captured? Maybe you want your guests included or it just be the two of you. There are so many exciting possibilities!

During

the event

On the day of your event, I will arrive at your venue 1 to 2 hours early to gather reference photos, get set up, and start sketching in the composition. As your day unfolds, your painting will be transforming. Guests absolutely love stopping by to check in on the progress, and I love the interactions!

After

the event

If needed, I will take the painting back to my studio to finish it up with the care and intention it deserves! At most times of the year, I have a few paintings waiting to be sent off, and though every turn around time will be different, you can expect to wait at least 6 weeks for your painting. Once you have it, you have it for a lifetime- the joy of the memory filling your home!
