How it works:

Before

The first step after booking is chatting about all the exciting possibilities for your painting! Is there a particular scene or background you would like captured? Certain colors or elements from your day? Maybe you want your guests included or just the two of you. Sketches will help ensure that we on the same page regarding the plan for your composition.

Day of

I will arrive at your venue about 2 hours before your reception to collect reference photos, get set up, and start sketching in the composition. As your day unfolds, your painting will be transforming. Guests absolutely love stopping by every so often to check in on my progress, and I love the interactions!

After

If needed, I will take the painting back to my studio for adjustments and final touches. Your painting will be preserved with varnish and carefully packaged to be sent to you! Depending on the time of year, you can expect to have the painting shipped or delivered to you within 2-6 weeks. I will be happy to answer any questions you might have about framing or display after you have received the painting!
